Psychologies Real Eco awards

I managed and edited Psychologies’ year-long Real Eco awards. The awards focussed on a different product type each month and aimed to research, test and review the brands making the most effort to be as sustainable and ethical as possible.

TRAID: Educating for sustainability

I was delighted to work for the sustainable clothing charity TRAID on its 2020 project to help teachers educate about sustainability. The work being done is fascinating, inspiring and so important.

Melanie is a physicist and environmentalist who summited Everest to show how science fuels adventures. As someone who loves the outdoors, it was incredibly inspiring to interview Melanie. She also works to develop fusion – a form of clean, green energy.

Veganuary 2019

Despite being veggie for years, I never thought I’d go vegan. Two years later, and I feel stronger, more nourished and love cooking and eating out – because of going vegan. Psychologies asked me to write about my journey, and how my mind and body has changed.

I first met Gabriela on a retreat in Tobago and was honoured to work with her again. Gabriela welcomed us into her home to experience and document her nourishing lifestyle of raw vegan food, meditation, walking, yoga and living in harmony with nature. She was truly inspiring and the feature explores her journey to this.
